8X16 Combo line Failure

I have a BCM 400 4.0 that is patched up to date as of Sept 07. Every once in a while one of the 8 lines on the card will come up as "Not Available" this is displayed on the set aswell as in telephony rescourses. aswell it seems to be a different line each time, anywhere from line 151 to 154 to and 159 to 162 all being on the same 8X16 card. There is another 8X16 card on the system that never has a problem.

Has anyone seen this before. Any Suggestions?

I'd swap cards and see if the problem travels with it.

Check that the country switches are correct check with the working one.

Both are set to automatic as far as the country settings are concerned, I'll swap the cards around next time it fails, at least we'll know if its a problem with the card or system.
