8x 24 search for spare ports and getting BLF

when I search for spare ports in maintance some ports are saying P104 1:BLF >B2, what does this mean is there a set on that port.Thanks

BLF Busy Lamp Feild which attaches to the M7310 at the top.

I should have added:

P104 1:BLF >B2
P104 1:M7310 >B1

2 channels (B1 B2) per port
