I have a Viking C-2000B hooked to out 8710 via a CO port on a TN429D card. The C-2000B provides Caller ID so the attendant will know what door the call is coming form but I cannot get it work, the caller ID that is. Everything else is working like it supposed to.
Does it have to be turned on somewhere in the Avaya programing?
