I am having an issue on both servers where they are both not being recognized for formatting or backups. They both worked at one time. I have rebooted both servers and the devices came back up with the red light on. I don’t remember seeing this prior to the failure. I am about to have the flash drives replaced and was wondering about the reset usb command, is this argument only for modems. I know in linux the drives have to be mounted during boot. If this is the case is there a mount command for the CLI ? Thanks for any info.

I'm not sure what CM version you have but from the web maint page under diagnostics you should have a modem test, have you been there yet..?
