860 Jams at exit, everytime!

I have a an 860 that will jam at the exit everytime, has a full page printed, but must pull the paper out, and it feels tight.

Any ideas would be helpful.

THE RAPID RELEASE GUIDE IN THESE TEND TO WARP OR DETERIOATE OVER TIME. ITS A FLAT GREEN PLASTIC GUIDE FOUND IN UNDER THE EXIT COVER IT POPS OUT. HAVE A LOOK AT IT, IF IT LOOKS AS IF IT HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS YOU NEED TO REPLACE IT.

You need to check the right side at the top of the unit for the solenoid that is behind a small metal plate.
Put tape on the flapper, and reinstall. It will take care of this problem.
