8410D set problems

Having a problem getting an 8410D to come up.

using the 2nd and 3rd placements on the jack.
Set is correct in programming.
Set works elswhere.

what is going on?
The set comes up to test the speaker, we run through that test, but then there is no dial tone and the test button slowly flashes green.
Any suggestions?

Try testing the port and clear, maybe it works!

Could be the port or wiring.

By 2nd and 3rd placements on the jack, do you mean positions(Orange/Green-White) 2 and 3 or pairs? (Green and blue)?

When the set was used last, was it connected to the same type of circuit pack?
