On the 6408D+ I can press Date/Time and then press Exit and the display stays in view. Does anyone know how to make the 8410D phone keep the display? One of our supervisors takes calls to help in the Call Center from time to time, and she wants the display to show the acd info like on a Callmaster phone.

8410D Display Info Disappears

You can set up VU stats to display the acd information. This should give her the ACD group status.
