8300e / system platform issue 1

Trying to load system platform on 8300e with no joy, have tried different DVD drives, different DVDs, will never start to ping

Anyone have ideas I can try?

What system platform version is being used for your deployment? I know s8300e should be used sp 6.3.7.iso as boot media disc.

Was using 6.3.0 ga load, will download .7 and try again

This is probably the windows connection issue ,try watching the below link and feed back if it works




Probably needs an FAQ to be honest, as this has caught quite a few techs out and Avaya did not really shout from the rooftops about this `Feature`
