8300 CM45b (new CM in R4) to fix DTMF spd dial problem?

Anyone got any info on this new Cmd? I am trying to use it to resolve a DTMF register problem I am having with dialed digits from an emergency call box's speed dialer, not being recognized correctly. (2 buttons dialing separate #'s, ring down not an option). No trouble spd dialing on standard s/l phones just "call Boxes".
Long ongoing problem, Hrs troubleshooting, would welcome fresh insight not just the CM 45b info.

It's possible that the call box needs to use the long loop SLT card, CD-4DIOPA.

I have gone down that road already.(Hey anybody want to buy one cheap!) Just kidding..... I've tested with a digit grabber.updated all firm ware. Callbox works fine on my 2400ipx, just not on the 8300. (not even onsite internal calls taking CCIS out of the mix)
