Our pri has privacy, but when we make a call using *82 it just shows the area code and prefix not the full ten numbers.

Does anyone know what I am missing?

If your PRI has Privacy already, what does *82 do? What FFC is it?

I suspect you might have an issue with your CLID tables. Here is the best CLID documentation:

*82 tells the Central Office to send the Caller ID, this can be a little tricky. Will the Central office send the Main CLID for the Trunk Group or are you going to send it from the switch which needs to be set up in the NET_DATA

in most areas *82 will not work via pri.. that is either on or off by agreement during setup and install

Thanks to all, I was able to fix my problem by adding a new CLID table per tohe document that was forwarded to me.

*82 does work on my PRI, I know that varies from LEC to LEC. Also, AT&T will no longer block caller ID on a PRI in our area. Thanks to all for the help!
