Hi all,
I'm needing to purchase two replacement (bigger and better) antenna's for greater range.
The router I've got supports 802.11 Super G, which has the 108mb transmission rate, as oppose to the 802.11g - the 54mb transmission rate.
both 11g and 11 Super G run at 2.4 Ghz.
Can I use an 11g antenna, and still (theoretically) connect at 108Mb - or does the antenna have a bearing on the negotiated speed?
I only ask, as I have search high and low, and can not find a specific 11 Super G antenna - I can only find 11g antenna's.
Any help/advice appreciated.
Mark
