When Cisco dropped the CCNP stuff into the CCNA several years ago (OSPF, VLSM, NAT/PAT etc.) they dropped the Novel (IPX) stuff - at very least you might see "IPX" as a wrong answer
Same for Appletalk, you might see it as a wrong answer but the CCNA pretty much sticks to TCP/IP on what was several years ago the "new" 801 exam.
From what I encountered the last test I took consisted of mostly VLAN, frame relay, one ACL sim, one switch VLAN simlet, and general networking questions, e.x. OSI, troubleshooting layer 1. This was two weeks ago.
