I have an 800 number i need to find what did it is pionting to in my system. Nortel opt81. Can anyone help. Thanks

you could turn on your DCH messaging in LD 96.
MSGO - MSGI
then make the 800 call and see what DNIS they are sending in

It's only dialtone!!!

You can check all over. But CDP isn't going to tell you anything about toll free, nor will DNB, TNB or IDC. The PBX does not know what toll free numbers are coming into it. I like the DCH Messaging idea.

You tell the carrier what number to send the Toll Free to. Then adding it to the CPND of that DN will help finding it in the future.

IDC can tell you where it's pointing if know the digits the carrier is passing you. For example, if your toll-free is 1-800-555-5555 and the carrier is passing you the last four (5555), you can check your IDC table to see if 5555 is translated to a number in your PBX.
