I have one customer with 8*24 30MUL11 DR5 system.I installed Callpilot 150 rls 3.2 with Auto attendent& we are getting some problems.
When outside people dial the number sometimes They cannt hear the message properly. When try to dial the extention no, first time cannt dial Its says invalid extention no. If dial again it will go to correct extention no.
Second thing is I already connect MOH, When F86 we can hear the music but when its in hold cannt hear anything.
Any idea I'll much appreciate you.

I believe, but am not 100% sure, the Callpilot is compatible with CICS 4.1 or higher; MICS 4.1 or higher; and 3x8 DR5.1. I think for a M8x24, the "newest" hardware would be a Startalk Flash. Do you have a compatibility matrix showing the Callpilot and M8x24 DS DR5 together?

For on-hold music, for the M8x24, I believe it provides MOH to outside lines only and no MOH for intercom calls. Also, double check programming and be sure on-hold is set to music.

1st CallPilot150 compatible with MICS/CICS 4.1 and higher
2nd Could be 8x24 is bad

Thank you so much guys,

For MOH I checked with outside lines but its not working.
I also think 8*24 could be bad.

I've tested a 824 with DR5.1 and it seems to work correctly. DR5 is not compatible. If your 824 is bad I'd recommend going with a CICS, unless you need more capacity than 8x24, in which case you'll need a MICS.

Thanks Brian,

They have around 80 extentions so need MICS.
