Hello all!

I've encountered another issue. I'm trying to perform a multi-step upgrade but I can't even get the ball rolling because of this error!

Has anyone dealt with this kind of error before? See picture below:

If anyone has any insight for me to NOT go onsite to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!!

make sure that your user you are logging in with is allowed to upgrade

also when in doubt run Manager as administrator

Not that it has anything to do with the issue, but you realize you are taking an R9.0.12 to R9.0.11 (downgrade).

@Westi,
Yes, we have done both. We are running as the user Administrator and AS Administrator with no luck

@Telecomboy,
Yes, this was a test of maybe the Manager download was corrupted or something... We are drawing at straws here.

So it seems I'll have to go onsite to fix the SD and upgrade the system manually.

Thanks for all your help though friends!

Is in Manager the fileserver IP Address set to 255.255.255.255?

You need to go to security settings and change HTTP to unsecure to allow upgrade
