Recently upgraded an IP Office 7.0 system to 8.1.63 configured with an SCN. The menu key presses in VMPro quit working after an unspecified period of time from the remote site. This can be cured with a reboot, but re-occurs after a period of time. Also the remote site incorrectly shows a "all voicemail channels in use" alarm even when the HQ site does not.
Two Systems both on 8.1.63 with a centralized Linux voicemail server 8.1.20-3; 8 scn channles between systems (no all all trunk busy alarms).
Problem began with upgrade, disappears on reboot and re-appears 1-2 days later.
Only reboot of the HQ (w/ Central VM) resolves the issue. Reboot of remote IPO or just VM system does not cure the symptom.
Has anyone else seen this? I called into support and was told that this is a problme with 8.1.63, does anyone know if this is an issue on 8.1.57?
