Is it possible to change the order in which the on phone menu items appear? I would assume there's an .xml file somewhere that determines that stuff.
I recently updated the firmware load for all our 7961/7970 phones as per TAC to resolve a different issue. The 'Corporate Directory' used to be option 4 under directories and now shows up as option 5 below Intercom history which has now taken the 4th spot in the list. Of course now users are complaining that a menu item changed.
All I want to do is flip-flop option 4 and 5 so that it appears as it used to for the users.
Any ideas and/or suggestions are much appreciated.
