7960 Blocked

Hi, I have a problem with a 7960 and a 7940 ip phones, I am working with a 2801 12.4 CME 3.2 version.

When the phone tries to load the unsigned firmware It give a message saying "TFTP File not found".

The option 150 is well configured and the cnf files are on flash.

the problem is that I cannot access the "Setting" configuration, it seems to be dead (when I press that button nothing happend on the phone screen).

I try to reset to factory defaults, and the problems still exists, I cannot change anything using the buttons.

Can anyone help me please???

Do not forget the commands above. The two above tells the router to setup a tftp server and make the file available.

Don't forget to load the loads into your flash.

Once I copied the files the phones were still waiting for two files more:

P0030702T023.sb2
P0030702T023.loads

When I copy this files to the flash it works propertly.
