I have been getting reports of our 7937-Gs cutting out part of the conversation for 1-3 seconds. The call just goes silent at times. This has happened on different 7937s, in different subnets, at different times. And it isn't like voice clipping, where a volume adjustment makes a difference. I have about (300) 8941s on the same subnets, and even tried in the same ports. I have no problem with the 8941s. Is there something about the 7937s I haven't found online ? I am on ucm 8.5.1. Any suggestions ?
