7925G configuring IP

intermittent Phones are stuck on configuring IP. I have deleted the phones and set them back up and I have also deleted the IP address in the DHCP scope. eventually it will obtain an address. Any ideas?

1. check whether the voice vlan is propagated to the port which the phone is connected to ... or if there is port-security on the switch.
2. try swap ethernet cable.

Check the switchports are configured for portfast.

Check the DHCP server log.

Capture packets from a phone failing DHCP and see what the conversation looks like.
