7925 not alerting/ringing when a text message is sent to it

We are sending messages to the 7925 phones with Emergin Orchestrator Version 8.0.1.14.
We have about 400 7925 phones, every now and again one or two of the phones will not alert/ring when a text message is sent to it.
(that is to say that piticular phone will never alert/ring when it receives a message)
The phone functions correctly with calls, rings/alerts when a call comes to it and can be anwsered.
The individual responceable for the "messaging system" is not much help [shadessad], so i am asking all of you for your assistance again.
we are currently running UCM System version: 7.1.3.32900-4 and the firmware for the phones is CP7925G-1.4.2ES.1

97% of the phones work properly, I have done a side by side comparision in UCM and can not find any differences between the phones that alert/ring and those that do not.
Any help is greatly appreciated.[bigears]
 
Have those phones been replaced? If so, you will need to update the subscriptions for the Emergin service which populates all the new MAC address' assigned to phones. We run into this when that step is skipped.

In GUI go to (heads up this will reset the phones with that subscription, pretty quick most users dont notice)

Look for whatever you call your Emergin service, click on it
Click the Update Subscription button toward bottom of page
Pop up window will appear warning it will take a few minutes, its usually pretty quick, press ok.
