75 ohm to 120ohn RJ45

Is there any adapter to change the 75 ohm barrel cable adapter to RJ45, Am getting new L-Boards but will be keeping the old G boards, it's a large system, so i was thinking to use the same cables and adapters, but the new L-Boards have an RJ45 connector, the second option will be if there is a cable that will plug into the old G boards and the new L-Boards?

Try to find something called "balun 75/120 ohms".
