Stuck on a problem!

Had to change out a data module we use for Audix Admin. This is the modem that users dial into. I just have a couple questions as I am not very familiar with Audix.

1. Internal card should be set to DCE correct? (G3r is programmed to DTE is why I ask)
2. What are the correct settings for the At&t 7400A Data Module?

Audix 5.1.x
G3r

Code:
PROBLEM: System printer on remote sat does not work.

TESTING: Have you ever fought a 7400a data module and no matter
what you did everything looked correct?

1> You check options. (They're correct.)
2> You check options on peripheral. (OK)
3> You can even see the receive data light blink.

SOLUTION: There are two methods for shooting this trouble.

1> You can put a break out box on the 7400a data
module and you will see all the leads are in a low
state, none of them will be high. This indicates
that wrong power unit is plugged into the 7400a
                data module.

2> The easiest way to verify the right power unit is
plugged in is the 7400a will only work on the
WP90110-L7 power unit and it will be stamped on the
                power unit.

                        WP90110-L7
                        CLASS 2 Power Unit
                        INPUT: 117 VAC, 60 cycles, 20 watts
                        OUTPUT: +5 VDC 1.5A
                                    +12 VDC .10A
                                    -12 VDC .10A
                        COMCODE: 405-509-852

3> The mix up usually happens when there is a 7400b
and a 7400a. The 7400b will work on either power
unit, but the proper power unit for the 7400b is
                the WP91508-L5.

                        SP901508-L5
                        CLASS 2 Power Unit
                        INPUT: 117 VAC, 60 cycles, 20 watts
                        OUTPUT: +5 VDC 1.2A
                        COMCODE: 405-967-696

I received the correct power supply for the unit now. However, it is dialing and getting to the modem, but it seems like the modem is just not picking up. In site admin (SA) it will stay in "Setting up connection" mode. I have used all the settings above and was a bit confused because those were for a BCMS printer setup. I am using this for a remote dial in to our AUDIX
