I am having an issue with not hearing the clicking tone when the keypad is pressed. When my customer dials out sometimes you do not hear the click or tone associated with pressing a digit on the keypad. The call does go out so it is generating the DTMF tones on the trunk, but the user is not sure all the digits were dialed.

If I dial out slowly it is fine.

Thanks

Norm

speakerphone mode or handset mode? in speakerphone mode it may just be the tx/rx discriminator having too much noise coming in on the mike and it blocks the incomming/received analog.

handset: Volume? can't think of anything else off hand.

These are only used with headsets no handsets, these are 911 answer positions. The other two sets on the system work fine. Will look at the headset amp tonight as it does phone and radio .
