I put a toner on a jack to locate the cable on the mdf. Now the set has a constant static coming thru the speaker when the phone is sitting idle. I moved the set to a new port and no more static. I noticed two other sets have static also. When I go offhook the static leaves. Is it possible that I blew something with the toner/wobbler?
