Hello!

I have a 7132 sat on a network, and I want to upload a csv file containing email addresses (mainly as I don't have LDAP, and I don't want users typing in the whole address each time).
I've created the CSV file and tried to upload it. Each time, I get this error:

Unable to update the Address Book.
Confirm the following rows of the updated CSV file.
1

It's therefore suggesting something untoward with my CSV file.

Anyone got any suggestions - bearing in mind I do know Comma Separated Values syntax, and how to create them, and the one I've created looks "like" this:

john,smith,john.smith@abc.efg
dave,jones,dave.jones@abc.efg

Cheers

Craig

Suggest that you look at under support area, search for 7132, and follow link for email/scanning on left hand side. No. 6 will most likely answer your question.

Thanks for that, but unfortunately the text from number 6 reads:
