70-291 and Subnetting

I heard that there is a good chance that some subnetting questions will appear on the 70-291 exam, and to be honest my subnetting skills aren't so hot. I understand the concepts but have never really had to make the calculations.

If anyone has any links to good reference material or has any suggestions on how to set myself some sample questions I would appreciate it.
