Hi all,

I've just passed the 70-210 exam and now have problems getting my .NET passort to work with the Microsoft Certified Professional form after I login using my .NET passport.

To gain access to MCP Member content, you must associate your MCP profile with your Microsoft .NET Passport.

The system comes back with the following:

'Error: 1: One or more of your entries does not match your Customer Profile record.'

I've checked my profile record and can not see whats wrong !

Is there a period of time before MS updates it's servers on those that have passed an exam ?

Ian.

Hello. Ian, I have exaclty the same problem. How did you resolve it?

Many thanks!

Best regards from Macedonia.

Hi,

I have not got it resolved as of yet, but hope to get some info on the problem later today.

Ian.

I resolved my problem. The problem was in the telephone number. Apparantely, when I gave my home phone mumber I'vemade a mistake and gave my mobile phone. So the problem is some of the data you have gave the testing facility.

Please revise your data, and start over.

Contact this email or phone or address if you still have questions.

Hi,

Thanks for the info, I have also found out that I need to wait for up to 6 weeks before I get my ID number from MS via snailmail :(

I might give MS UK a call later today or in the morning to see if I can speed up things a little.

Looks like MS have updated their database as I can now enter the MCP area.

I too had to use the correct phone number. My number was still listed as my landline although I dropped it and now just use my mobile.
