I have a large system and we use 7 digit extensions. I can't get the uext datablock programed because the hot u key will only accept 7 digits. UADN+pdn = the hot u dn and I can't get past that prompt. I have worked with the vendor and there seems to be no answer. I am running cs1000m 7.5 with Avaya Aura 6.3. We have over 8800 extension and using a 4 digit extension is impossiable. Has anyone ever seen this problem?

I believe it's a system limitation for DN length. You will probably need to open a ticket with Avaya and have them tell you it's design intent... then have them write a patch specific for your switch to allow more than 7 digits for that prompt.
