7.0 Q4 Transfer to VM using Message Button Bug on IP Phones

I have system on the bench with 5-1608 and 5-1408 phones.

I cannot transfer to voice mail using the message button on the 1608s but I can on the 1408s.

I don't know if this is a new bug or an old as I cannot seem to get anything out of the AVAYA support site right now.

Is this a known issue?

Avaya should put the maintenancr release back in the trials like they where untill this year.
Then stupid bugs like announcements etc would not occur in the field.

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
 
To clarify, if call originates from an IP and is to an IP phone then xfer to voice mail fails but if call originates from a DS then call will xfer.


Bas1234, 1408s and 1608s upgraded when first plugged in.

 
On the user check the forwardings tab and remove every in there.
In the user source numbers check if they have a Vxxx
