We've just installed a new IP 500 in place of the 406 our customer had. Rebuilt the config from scratch. Built a new Windows Server 2008 R2 for Voicemail Pro. I imported the old modules and recordings into the new VM Pro. Everything seemed to be working great. Tested everything. This issue is intermittent. The problem we are having is all recordings, auto attendants and voicemail greetings have a delay. Here are some examples:
Recordings, I hit the manual record button. My phone shows the icon next to record but once played back the call isn't recorded until approximately 20-30 seconds into the call.
Auto attendant, I know the menu greeting is recorded properly and can play it back after recording it. When the caller goes to the auto attendant they here silence then "for ___ press 3" ect. It will not start from the beginning.
Voicemail greeting, If my message isn't very long the caller doesn't know they are in my voicemail box being recorded. They don't hear my greeting at all.
I've heard a nasty rumor that there is a bug in 7.0 about this but haven't confirmed it yet and nothing said in the maintenance release about this issue. So I'm unsure if its the Windows Server edition we're using or a problem with VM Pro.
Thanks for any help.
