6940 desktop portal access MiVB 8.0 PR3

I am trying to access the portal for a 6940.

I have defined the desktop access info in the phone and I created a user portal in the system that has desktop access, but I can't log into the phone IP portal...I keep getting unauthorized user.

Any ideas?

Ensure to enable the Web UI from the MiVoice Business maintenance command line and add the following commands:
• pd send <extension> enable_web
• pd send <extension> disable_web
Note: Ensure to clear the Enable AutoComplete check box before running the commands.
