Hi,

MCD 3300 R8.
What am I missing, I cannot get the corporate directory to display on 69XX phones.
I have configured the new LDAP form and allocated it in the system options.
I do not have a separate LDAP system, I need to use the LDAP-Minet on the 3300.

Is there a COS option ?

Can you check in your System IP Settings if you have a domain name configured?
The upgrades that I have done that have a domain name configured seem to work ok, but have had a couple with no domain name where the corporate directory have failed. Without the domain set, the LDAP base domain sets itself to dc=my-domain,dc=com which could be the reason for the failure.

Thanks Jemson - Not OP, but your post was exactly what I needed.

As soon as I added the domain, the Corporate directory started working.
