6867i Need 4.1.0 FW

I have a few 6867i phones that I tried to update firmware on, but they say they only use 4.1.0 firmware. Mitel doesnt have this version for download on their site so now I have phones stuck in recovery mode. Does anyone have this firmware, and could you please send it to me? Or at least have a download link?

2015-03-13: FW updated in 6.0 HF1 to 4.0.0 SP1 and can be downloaded from article 7769 "MX-ONE 6.0 HF1"

I have tried loading 4.0.0, 3.3.1, 4.3.0, 4.5.0 and 5.1.0, but always get this failed message.
4.1.0 is the one firmware version I can't find online.

you can copy PROM or NAND ic from same phone now is ok and copy to this one( remove prom (another phone is ok)with air solder copy with prom burner and copy to this phone prom) If you cant access to 4.1.. firmware anyway
