67xxi SIP Phones Busy while Idle

Having an issue with 67xxi SIP handsets on MX-One TSE5 returning Busy when called while Idle ( in the SUSIP:...).
Must reboot the handset to get around it.
Has anyone else seen this ?

the phone is properly registered?
Print the susip and the ip_extension_info -p -d xxxx command please

The phone is properly registered, in both SUSIP and ip_extension_info

User can call out from the phone OK , but calls to it are rejected with BusyHere.

Do you get the any issues with a softphone? If not, are you at the latest phone firmware and latest Mx SP level? You have eliminated a network issue?

How is the network?
The telephone which ports are registered?
There VLAN?
The parameters of aastra.cfg?
