66 blocks labeling

I have to go in and label some old 66 blocks that were previously installed, what is the best way you guys have found to label those?

Sharpie works great. Also a pair of pliers with rubber handles will clean the old numbers off just like new!!

so will finger nail polish remover. we use the sharpie fine point, 0 to 15 on each block then down on the last 10 pair, the card loop and shelf...
