We just installed our first 2 64 windows clients and on the Host Properties/Clients window the server shows up as Windows Server 2003 5 but under OS Type it shows as UNIX. I'm not able to configure my client properties since UNIX properties show up instead of Windows Properties. I can't find any information on this either.

I do not know your master server, but in case of

5.1, you must have at least 5.1MP4 on the master server in

order to backup Windows 2003 x64 SP1 as a Netbackup client.

In case of Windows 2003 x64 SP2 as a NetBackup client it must

be at least 5.1MP6 on the master server.

Thanks. We actually found that we needed 5.1mp5! There was a, do we dare... A BUG in mp4 that allowed this to happen. There was an ETRACK case that fixed the problem.
