642-831 CIT Help

Hi all

I had problem to troubleshooting this scenario: a router is dowloading IOS images from a remote site via telneting. Halfway down the process, the connection is lost. How can I restore the IP connection to the remote site. The restriction is that I am locked out of config mode. The connected serial interface is in up/up state. "reload" and "reload warm" command are not working.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Any hints are greatly appreciated!

Hi,

642-831 is the my last requirment to receive my CCNP.
I am finding that the CIT test is giving me the most troubles. Were you able to ge a responce to you question.
I thought clearing arp cache might work but no luck.
