6416 Phones loosing power.

Has anyone experienced 6416 phones loosing power?

We've been having intermittent problems with the 6416 phones....appears that they are loosing power, all lights go out on the phone and then comes back on. We have an S8700.

Staff that have reported this problem are all on different digital boards. There are no errors or alarms.

I had this same issue. I wish I could be more help, but the problem seemed to resolve itself. I'd lose a whole board at a time, and it seemed to be limited to two boards next to each other on the same carrier.

Only think I can suggest is make sure all the carriers, and servers are grounded to an actual ground. Dont assume the rack is doing it for you. This was the only thing I did that could have solved my issue.
