6400D+ Answers on Speakerphone!!

I have a re-occuring problem on one station. The receive a call and without a chance to answer the phone picks up on speakerphone. The only thing that seems to relieve this is busy/relase station. I've swapped the hardware and the port - How does this keep happening?

if you are using the default soft features on your 6408, then there is a feature called hfans (hands free ans). If you press the menu button then press next till you find it, you can turn that on or off. If it is on, it will ans automatically throught the speaker phone of course. hope this helps.

Here is the Softkey for that station, I don't see a hfans, could it be any of the others?

The feature it´s the int-aut-an, you need to deactivated it.
