6100 Reports Issue

hi guys,

i just upgrade my 3300 to rel9ur3 and reports on ccm were affected.whenever i run ondemand reports it only shows 0's numbers so i have to run summarize data first in order to extract complete reports. im thinking of service pack for the ccm but to no avail on prairiefyre site.

you don't say what version of CCM
you will need to ensure that whatever version you have supports rel 9.0 UR3
let me know and I will check to see if there is either a hotfix, rollup or SP available

I will mirror what supernova99 states. What did you upgrade from and to for both 3300 and CCM server?

 
Supernova, CCM version is 5.4.04178.1

3300 is from 8.0.11.24 to 9.0UR3

Reason for upgrade is to add more acd path
 
5.4 does have a service pack and is still available to download
5.4-SP2.09048_1 this supports Mitel 3300 ICP Release 8.0 UR1-3

As you are running Mitel 3300 ICP Release 9.0 UR3 then the minimum CCM should be V5.5.06249.2

I would suggest that if you are going to upgrade to go to release V5.7.07200.2 SP1 you will need to install extra software to get this working which is deatailed in the installation guide.

V5.8 is also now available but it does have new licence requirements

Whichever load you choose you will need to get new licence files from Prairiefyre.

thanks Supernova for this info. Actually after the 3300 upgrade, i do still get correct reports not until a week only and now i have to summarize the data again and again evrytime we extract reports + the smdr/acd link always timeout. Looking at network monitor, data streaming is ok even if we restart the link.
