The TB 226 tells about an issue about that licenses: only the Phone Manager "per seat" would be converted on Office Workers one and a fix was mentioned for 6.0.83801.
I still having that issue on 6.1.20, do you know if has been solved in latest release? I haven't found anything on docs.

Are you sure?
How is the profile set for the user?
Can you double click on the license and select a user?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Sure Peter,

I am allowed to set as Office worker up to the corresponding amount of PM per seat licenses.

No way to double click the PM licenses, the double click runs on Office/mobile/power users only.

So you are able to select office worker as a profile?
Then it is working as it should.
Does One-X portal work?

Nope, I have 3 licenses PM per seat plus a 255 instances of Phone Manager Pro.
Theorically I should be able to set them all as Office Wkr, viceversa I am allowed to configure just 3 users.
In my understanding that Tech.B is clear, all of them should be converted.

"This only applies to Phone Manager Pro licenses that display under the licenses pane of the IP Office Manager application as ‘Phone Manager Pro (per seat)’. However an issue has been identified with this functionality and this currently does not work for any users, regardless of the number of instances allowed by the license..........
.........................
Older Phone Manager Pro licenses (that display in Manager as ‘Phone Manager Pro’ only) do not enable any instances of the Office Worker profile.
A critical patch which resolves this issue, 6.0(83801), can be found in the IP Office 6.0.x download section of the Avaya Support web site"

I have this working on 7.0(5)
No issues with logging in but do have a nice error message saying the number of users configured is more than the Licences I have.
It worked also on 6.1 before upgrade but can’t remember the build

The "Unlimited" Phone Manger licence was pulled long ago, and so it is probably not supported for transferring to Office worker, Avaya are unlikely to give you unlimited Office worker instances like that :)

Only the "per seat" will give you office worker.
The 255 one will not allow you any office worker.
I have asked Avaya and you can only use the 255 for Phone manager.
So you will only have 3 office workers in this case.
This is not a bug but design intent.

Sorry got in late, I am using per seat.
Not the 255

Yeah, I agree with the latest Andy and Peters statements, but I was misunderstood from that f*** TB, its assertions could be interpreted as a well known bug.
