5610 Screen Freeze

About onces a week we have individual screen freezes on our 5610 phones. The user can still dial out, but the screen is stuck. Rebooting the phone fixes the issue.

Ideas on what might cause this? It's more of an annoyance than a real issue, but I am wondering what is going on.

What firmware version is the phone running?

Firmware 2.9010

The tech bulletins are not clear on the firmware.
One states you must have 2.9.1 and another says 8.016

You can upgrade the system to 4.2.20 but there is no fix for this.
Another issue might be network related, monitor your switch for a while maybe it shows something odd on the phone ports.
