5610 handsets and incorrect Digits

We have seen on a few sites problems with 5610 handsets and incorrect digits being displayed

e.g press 6 displays 5
press 8 displays 7

Has anyone else come across this issue ???

If they are all on the correct firmware I haven't seen that before, with the wrong firmware I have seen digits not being displayed or odd characters etc so possibly the same thing

I have had a phone where pressing

1 did 1, 2 did 1, 3 did 2,
4 did 4, 5 did 4, 6 did 5 etc

Was the only phone onsite that had this problem so assumed it was a faulty handset and had it replaced.
