5602SW - Remove dual incoming?

Hi all,

I have a couple of 5602SW IP phones, users within Hunt groups are complaining that a call can still come to their phone while they are already another call. I never had this probblem with Analogue phones, anyone knows how to remove this?

I have tried removing Call appearances, Busy on Held, Call Wainting on, no luck.

Tick Reserve last CA in the user telephony tab, or if not there as you on a lower level (under 4.0) enter RESERVE_LAST_CA= in the Users source numbers

BTW to make this work you can only have 2 call appearence.
