Hello,

I have run out of console buttons and the operator needs to answer with the correct company name for a few more numbers. Was thinking about Multiple company directory but do not want to use ADF, does anyone have a recommendation?

(Does Multiple company directory only work in ADF mode?)

can you not use name tag hunt groups?

Yup nametag.

Each company DID corrosponds with a Nametag Hunt Group.
Each Nametag group is routed to a console LDN (Same one if you want)
Company name displayed AFTER ANSWERING!!.

If you absolutely require knowing the comany name before answering then Nametag will not work. Otherwise, it works a treat.

I was thinking of this way but it has one very big limitation, any answered calls that are transfered to a user that routes to VM end up in the nametag mailbox or primary greeting.

Big problem as all my users have B/NA to VM.
