I'm trying to complete a migration from an NEC system to a Mitel 3300 MXe. To do this I need to overcome concerns from reception. All concerns have been overcome with the exception of one. The sticking point is that at present they have visibility of call forward status for an NEC extension from the NEC console. For example, if they dial an extension that is on call forward they have visibility from the digital console of whether it is going to voicemail, a mobile number or any number for that matter. They are very insistent that this functionality needs to be achievable on the 5550 console. Any help/suggestions as to how this might be achieved would be appreciated.
