5540 IP Console will not check in room

Hi I am a Mitel novice but I have been able to handle tickets for the system far for repairs but now I am repairing the Voicemail system and have run into a issue, for one on 5540 IP console I set the firmkey to guest service and save, once I got back to the main menu and hit the guest service key nothing happens. I set another firmkey to "select options" this lets me select guest service. once in the guest service menu I put in the room extension and hit check in, several seconds go by then I get a error ring and the screen says "System Error .. Please re-issue command." I have been searching all over but cant find anything to help me fix this, can anyone here? lol

I have a 3300 ICP
 
Is clustered Hospitality enabled? (More than 1 Controller)

no this system was clustered but was separated (sold hotel, and left with villas) back to one.
 
But is the option in Hotel Options still set to Clustered Hospitality?

I dont see a yes or no in the options just a unassigned for cluster, I also saw it said yes for using a PMS when there is no PMS attached to this system currently, maybe before my time there was but not now so I turned that off (No)

Then it would not be enabled. This is important because the 5540 can not perform guest services functions on a clustered hospitality system. Can you post the rest of Hotel Options settings?
