Hi
i have a problem about forwarding external calls,
5420 can not forward external calls to internal receipents,
i set the forwarding number
*07*1038# set forward number
*01 forwarding unconditionally on
or i set follow me to number to 1038 but
when and external call come to 1000 , i can not forward this external call to 1038, i can forward internal calls, but cannot forward externals,
i can make this forwarding on 5402 or 5410, but i can not on 5420,
when i disconnect the 5420 or logout, i use fallback extension and it works, but i want to solve this forwarding problem,
please help me about this subject,
also i have another problem about call status, i want to connect a unit using call status but it says
no response from ip address, i can manage this unit, manager screen , i can ping it, but i can not monitor it, upgrade it , or see it with call status,
please help me.
