5420 forwarding external call problem

Hi

i have a problem about forwarding external calls,
5420 can not forward external calls to internal receipents,

i set the forwarding number
*07*1038# set forward number
*01 forwarding unconditionally on

or i set follow me to number to 1038 but
when and external call come to 1000 , i can not forward this external call to 1038, i can forward internal calls, but cannot forward externals,

i can make this forwarding on 5402 or 5410, but i can not on 5420,
when i disconnect the 5420 or logout, i use fallback extension and it works, but i want to solve this forwarding problem,
please help me about this subject,

also i have another problem about call status, i want to connect a unit using call status but it says
no response from ip address, i can manage this unit, manager screen , i can ping it, but i can not monitor it, upgrade it , or see it with call status,
please help me.

For your last question:
No response from ip address message usually is given when
the password isn't correct. Try: password as password.
 
my version is 3.2(53) on 5420 external call problem

i do not know the password, is there any way to restart it.

The problem is about forwarding calls unconditional.

in bursafabrika, when there is an external call to the 2000 extension (5420 DS) , this call can not forward to the 2036 extension, if there is an internal call comes to 2000 , it can forward to the 2036 extension successfully,


in cablenetdemo, i simulated this situation, i can successfull all two conditions, internal and external,

i see blue lines in the monitoring screens, in cablenetdemo,

another question about extn login and logout,
in version 3.2.(55) i have a problem about *36
*36 can successfully logout a user,
and when we dial *36 again the user re-login again, this is the problem, it must be call rejected when dialing *36 in no user situation, is there a solution on this problem,
have you ever seen this problem,

the system must be work
*35*extn*password# login
*36 logoff
my system works *36 logoff, again *36 re-logon , it must be call rejected,
please help me about this problem.

if not then they will login again with *36

yes user have a login code, but untick the force login,
but this is not the problem, today i saw a system which was a ip500 and 4.0 version, user have a login code and un tick the force login, when you dial *36 it says call rejected.
why my system relogin the users?
 
Can you forward unconditional another extension to 2000 and make a external call to the forwarded extension, does 2000 rings then?
If not does it work with follow me?
If still not then you might have a shortcode problem.

the follow me can not work, i know it,
i try your question thanks,
i use only incoming call route and user forwarding tab,
the shortcodes are default short codes,
the funny thing is these 5420`s can forward unconditionally 2 days at the beginning and after 2 days they can not forward unconditionally or follow me to any more.
