5410 stating Please Wait after being stable for an hour (7.0.36)

Have a customer with 5410 phones with the latest firmware (r6). When plugged in, it will function correctly for about an hour then state PLEASE WAIT. It is not happening on all phones, just a select few.

Phones are plugged into DS30 expansion modules and I have already deleted/recreated the user once. Seems to migrate from port to port.
 
possible the module didnt get a stepped upgrade somewhere along the line. re-run 5.0.999 bin files on it, then the rel 7 bins again.

What release are you running.. and was the system upgraded recently?

 
do you have the large power adapter on the DS30 (60W not 40W)?

I upgraded about 2 months ago to bring it from 7.0 to the latest 7.0.36. When I click on Upgrade to see what version they have and the Expansion modules all have the 9.0.36 firmware version.

As for the the power supply, I do not have that partiular information at the moment. There is only about 15 phones plugged into the DX-30 Expansion Module at the moment.
 
Apparently deleting the user and recreating with a different name resolved the issue.
